Mobile Notary St Louis is celebrating 20 months of business as of May 2022! In just this short time, we have grown to a team of 17 Notaries that we call on for appointments! 

In consideration of Missouri not providing education or any ongoing education for Notaries, Mobile Notary St Louis has decided it can no longer be an option for Notaries not to have basic education. It is not only an injustice to the public that we serve, but also to ourselves as Notaries to not be a source of knowledge for the public in all things Notary Public. 

This is just the start of an educational platform we are creating for the state of Missouri and our team of Notaries are fortunate enough to be the first to have access to this formal education!

On Saturday, June 4th, Mobile Notary St Louis will be presenting the following classes:

Notary Basics: 

• How to properly fill out your Notary journal
• Acknowledgement Vs Jurat
• How to give an Oath
• ID Basics
• Witnesses

This class will be MANDATORY for all Notaries that currently or want to work with Mobile Notary St Louis. Cost for this class is $25

I-9 Employee Verification:

• Learn the proper way to fill out an I-9 form
• Help employers avoid costly fines
• Make more income average $50-$75 per I-9 appointment

This class is optional but mandatory for anyone that wants to accept I-9 appointments from Mobile Notary St Louis. Cost for this class is $75

Fingerprinting:

• Learn ink fingerprinting
• Learn who needs these services
• Supplies available for purchase
• Start making more money right away! Average $50-$80 per appointment

This class is optional but mandatory for anyone that wants to accept Fingerprinting appointments from Mobile Notary St Louis. Cost for this class is $100

This event will be sponsored by Andrew Jasper of Farmers Insurance. Andrew will give a brief presentation and answer questions on E&O Insurance Coverage
