Yes, we can ink print or print to card for all 50 states, including the non-compact states - Alaska, California, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New York and Oregon. We can do prints for multiple states. Traveling nurses may be interested in taking advantage of our yearly retention of digital fingerprints as to not to have to do prints again should you practice in a non-compact state in the future.

• FBI Background check results are completed within hours to 5 business days, results are emailed directly to recipient or their attorney only

MACHS is contracted by the state through vendors named IDEMIA and Identigo. If you are instructed to complete your fingerprinting though one of these entities, we can still assist you. These entities can be difficult to schedule an appointment or actually be seen at the scheduled time. Locations for these entities can be far and often overcrowded. We can assist with the same process of live scan or ink fingerprinting at one of our locations in the St Louis City, St Louis County areas  and we provide mobile services at your chosen location. Once the fingerprinting process is completed with us, you will receive printed originals of your fingerprints that can be mailed or dropped of at a MACHS approved vendor location. Your fingerprints will then be processed just the same as if you had them completed directly by MACHS. Yes, we only accept clients with a scheduled appointment. Should you need a day or time that isn't showing available, please call us  855-800-3643 we can likely accommodate your request. 

It does happen from time to time that a client misunderstood the instructions that were given to them to be printed by their requester.  We do NOT choose for the client but do our best to assist the clients prior to scheduling an appointment to be sure which service they need.  We do not provide refunds for services rendered, even If the wrong service was chosen.

Should you choose Fingerprinting St Louis to handle your fingeprinting and within 3 months of your submission date, you  receive a rejection, an FBI Level 2 Background Screening fingerprint rejection letter due to insufficient quality/legibility, inform us. We will promptly arrange to re-capture your ink or digital fingerprints and data, and transmit the new record to the receiving party or  FBI a second time, all at no additional cost to you. Proof of rejection of prints due to our error must be provided for free reprint. Travel fee NOT included.

  We do not provide refunds for services rendered. We will re-do the service at no cost if the issue is due to our error. Our no cost  re-do or re-print policy does not include any travel fees that will be charged if our travel is required.
