Janessa West is the driving force behind Mobile Notary St. Louis, bringing nearly a decade of high-level expertise and a passion for public protection to the Gateway City. Having successfully launched and managed a thriving mobile notary business in California before relocating to St. Louis in 2018, Janessa recognized a critical need for accessible, law-abiding notary services at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a specialist in General Notary work, Janessa handles the full spectrum of legal documentation with meticulous care. However, her mission extends far beyond just stamping paper. She is a staunch advocate for notary education, filling a vital gap in Missouri’s state requirements. By training other notaries across the state, she ensures that the public is protected by professionals who don't just follow the motions, but deeply understand and uphold Missouri state laws.

How it works
Request a Prescreening call to schedule a Remote Online Notary Appointment by selecting the button below and providing your information
Signer(s) must qualify for online notarization:
- Connect via a smartphone or laptop or computer with camera and audio capabilities for the online notary appointment
- Signer(s) must have a valid US state ID, US Drivers License or US Passport
- Signer(s) can connect & sign online from anywhere in the world
Once accepted for an appointment, you will receive a link via email and text to sign into the platform link at the scheduled appointment time
Once on the platform, you will:
- Confirm your identity on our system - scan your US issued ID when prompted - must be a US state ID or state drivers license or US Passport
- Answer verification questions to verify your identity
- Connect live to our Notary online after completing the ID verification process.
- The Notary will then walk you through the simple steps to sign your document online
- You will receive an email with a payment request after the notarization is complete.
- Once payment is made, you have full access to your document. Print it or download it after making payment. A copy will be stored for a limited time.

- Is Remote Online Notary legal?
It sure is! Online notarization is accepted in all 50 states, it is just as legal and valid as an in person notarization
- Doesn't the Notary have to be in the same state as me?
Nope! Remote Online Notarization allows for a Notary to notarize for anyone anywhere in the world as long as they have a United States Identification and US Social Security number which allows for KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication) process to be completed
- Can more than one person have their signatures notarized on a document in one appointment meeting?
Sure! This can happen with all signers together at the same location or on their own devices at different locations or in a separate appointment
- How are my documents and identification kept secure?
All data is encrypted and protected while in transit and while stored using AES-256 bit encryption and tracking of all application access
